This module will provide HR professionals with an overview of the psychological factors influencing people in change programmes and provide insight into how psychometrics can help to minimise resistance and improve teamwork.
This series of webinars is part of the Underscore ‘HR Professional Development’ Programme – Leading and Teaming Module. Each workshop is facilitated by a subject matter expert via a virtual platform. Webinars are interactive and practical. Delegates will have the opportunity to practice skills during or between webinars as appropriate and receive a practical toolkit to immediately apply in the workplace.
